ABOUT US
Our Mission
At Safe Steps Consulting, we walk alongside individuals seeking emotional clarity, steadiness, and healthy forward movement. Our coaching is faith-friendly and trauma-informed, focused on practical skill-building and thoughtful support. We offer non-clinical mental health coaching (not therapy or diagnosis) designed to help individuals take meaningful steps forward in their personal and relational lives.
Who We Serve
We serve adults and teens who desire emotional steadiness, relational health, and personal growth, and who want their Christian faith to be respected as part of the growth process. Many of our clients are navigating life transitions, stress, ministry-related challenges, or unresolved emotional pain, while seeking support that aligns with their faith, values, and lived experience.
Our Approach
We take a collaborative, steady, and deeply personalized approach to coaching, helping clients recognize patterns, strengthen healthy boundaries, and develop emotional and relational skills. Our work is informed by research-supported practices, trauma awareness, and years of experience caring for individuals and families within ministry and mental health settings. Faith is welcomed into the coaching process in a way that honors your values, comfort, and spiritual journey, allowing space for reflection, prayer, and practical growth when it is meaningful to you. Above all, we seek to offer guidance that feels steady, compassionate, and rooted in both trustworthy wisdom and faith.

Resources & Support
In addition to coaching, we offer practical guides, worksheets, and exercises to support learning and growth between sessions. These tools are designed to be accessible, actionable, and aligned with your personal and relational goals.
Who This Is For

It may be ideal for:

Who This Is Not For
It may not be a good fit for:
