About Mark
I’ve spent years walking with people through the kinds of moments that feel too big, too stuck, or too unclear to navigate alone. The mentorship and guidance I’ve received from leaders who are strong in leadership and mature in their faith shaped how I engage with the people I work with now.
My Background
My background spans behavioral health working with teens and families, and more than a decade in ministry. Throughout those experiences, I’ve learned to come alongside people in difficulty, with teams, with leaders, helping them identify where they’re confused, where they’re stuck, and where they’re stressed, and work through it with them.
My Approach
Empowerment, not criticism, is the quickest way to grow. Criticism keeps people focused on avoiding failure rather than pursuing what they’re actually capable of. Empowerment shifts that focus toward growth and the next step forward.
What to Expect
What that looks like in practice is helping you identify your strengths, understand how they’re specific to you, and build toward practical steps for growth.
Working Together
My faith is genuinely the foundation of how I engage with others. It produces a compassion and care that creates a space where people feel safe spiritually, emotionally, and mentally, and from that place, they can move forward. Wherever you’re coming from, that space is available to you.
If you’re ready to move forward, I’d love to be a part of that.
