1-on-1 Coaching
Our 1:1 coaching sessions are 50 minutes of focused, supportive guidance designed to help you grow with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore your needs, identify what matters most to you, and set meaningful goals for your personal and emotional well-being.
This space is grounded in safety, compassion, and practical tools you can apply in your daily life. Whether you’re navigating insecurity, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper purpose, we walk alongside you—one safe step at a time.
Crisis Consultations are a focused 75-minute session designed to restore stability and provide clear next steps during difficulty or sudden hardship. Includes practical tools and supportive check-ins between sessions for continued care.

Group Coaching
Sometimes breakthroughs happen when you realize you're not the only one carrying what you're carrying. Group coaching at Safe Steps Consulting creates a safe, structured environment where individuals grow together -- learning tools for emotional resilience, practicing healthy communication, and gaining support through shared experience.
Facilitated by trained mental health coaches, each session integrates biblical wisdom with practical, evidence-based strategies. While group coaching is not therapy, it provides guided space for encouragement, clarity, and steady growth. Clients generally experience success with the accountability to others. You'll leave each session with concrete steps to apply throughout your week.
