A Bit About Me
I bring over ten years of experience in pastoral ministry and two years in the field of behavioral health. My background has shaped an approach to counseling that integrates biblical wisdom with evidence-informed practices to support emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. Others are processing the weight of ministry burnout, cross-cultural stress, or the unique challenges of raising a child with special needs. I have also worked with men who are learning to engage their emotions in healthy ways, and with teens navigating identity, social connection, and faith.
My experience living and serving overseas has equipped me to understand the unique pressures faced by those in vocational ministry and missions, and how cultural and spiritual pressures often shape an individual’s sense of worth and belonging. I also provide continuing care for those seeking stability and growth following therapy, helping them translate insight into sustainable rhythms for daily life.
Whether someone is recovering from loss, adapting after illness, or continuing care after therapy, my goal is to help them move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed hope in God’s redemptive work in their story.
